Delivery & Shipping Policy

We reserves the right to limit or decline a delivery.

HOW IT WORKS?

Delivery Options and Timeframe:

(a) Domestic Delivery to all cities within Lebanon, within 2-7 business days from date of purchase.

(b) An emergency gift? An irresistible desire? Choose express home delivery! Express Home Delivery to all cities within Lebanon, within 24-48 hours. Service only provided upon request and additional charges applies.

(c) Collect Delivery from any of our store, within 24-48 hours.

(d) Worldwide Delivery available to all countries within 30 days, service provided upon request with additional charges applied. After we receive your order, and within 48 hours, our customer service will get in contact with you to confirm delivery address detail, delivery date and time.

PLEASE NOTE: During sale periods and promotions, delivery times may be extended beyond normal.

Delivery Fee

A delivery charge will be added to your purchase amount depending on the city of your shipping address. However, any purchase amount equal to or exceeding USD 100 will be delivered free of charge for delivery all over Lebanon.

Handling Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-7 business days of date of order. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Carrier Service

Delivery is done by our logistic team, thus will handled with care.

No Delivery Accepted

Parcels will not be delivered if payment is not 100% done through our online payment gateway or immediate cash payment upon delivery. On occasion, we may refuse to deliver your order in case the shipping/delivery address is considered to be unsafe. Change of Shipping Address. We are able to change the shipping/Delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched. If such is needed please contact our customer service.

Cash upon Delivery

For Cash Payment upon delivery it can be either:

(a) Cash

(b) Credit/Debit cards

(c) Check are not accepted. Currency accepted are Lebanese Pounds, or US Dollars or Euro, based our company exchange rate on the date of payment.

Exchange or Refund

When your order is delivered you can still do an exchange or refund, please  refer to our exchange and return policy  for more details.

Insurance

Your purchased items are insured against theft and accidental damage during the delivery.

Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery:

(a) The customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered, and to issue if necessary any reservations on the carrier's delivery slip.

(b) We require a signature (date and time received) from the customer on the delivery note, send to your delivery address as specified in your order, as soon as goods are delivered. Customer accept that evidence of a signature, done by himself or anyone at the delivery address, is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us. The goods are on customer responsibility from the time we deliver them to the Shipping Address provided on order.

Click & Collect Delivery

The customer order online, we prepare the products, customer will take care of collecting the packages himself or by a specified third party, within 7 days.

(a) To collect your package, remember to bring an original identity document (passport, identity card, driving license or residence permit), it will be requested from the Collect Space.

(b) If the parcel is picked up by a third party on your behalf, they will need to present their own ID and a power of attorney on your part.

Domestic Delivery Refused

Our delivery can wait for you to check your purchased items.

(a) In case of none conformity of the product delivered, please note your comments and/or reservations if any on the delivery note.

(b) In case you do not accept the purchase, due to change of mind or dislike, delivery may return the items, noting that in those cases you will have to pay the due ‘delivery charges’.

Worldwide Delivery (Upon Special Request)

Delivery to outside Lebanon is available upon special request.

(a) International orders may be processes within 30 business days from date order acknowledgment confirmation and 100% advance payment.

(b) Additional charges may apply depending on what items is and their value.

(c) Please contact our Export department for detail on import@admic.com.lb

If duties and taxes will apply, there are two ways to handle payment:

(a) Deliver the shipment with duties and taxes paid (DDP). Certain express couriers have certified brokers who can process these payments to customs for you for a small, fixed fee.

(b) Deliver the shipment with duties and taxes unpaid (DDU). However, by choosing this option, your customer will be responsible for settling the amount directly with customs.

Any potential customs charges requested by the customs authority of your delivery country is your duty to pay.

TRACKING AND COMPLAINT

I still have not received my order

If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, check your e-mail as it is likely that you have received an e-mail informing you that the order has left our warehouse. Bear in mind that during sale periods and promotions, delivery dates may be longer. Remember you can call anytime and ask about the status of your order at any time.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Parcels Damaged

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please  contact customer service within the next 48 hours.

Tracking

Customer can call our customer service any time to track his order and get updated. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your order number. This will enable you to track your purchase with our  customer service.

The items received are incorrect | defective

If you have received an item which is defective or different to the one purchased, we will refund these items.  Refer to exchange and refund policy for more details.

I have not received all the items in my order

Check your e-mail to see whether we have sent you an e-mail informing you that one of the items in your order is not available. In this case, we will refund you the corresponding amount for this item. Refer  to exchange and refund policy  for more details. If you have not received any e-mail, please contact our Customer Services and will we reply to you as soon as possible.
