HOW IT WORKS?
We accept cancelation of online order through a mail send from our website.

Cancelation is subject to ADMIC SAL review and approval before it is processed. Please note, the following information only applies to orders from our E-Commerce store.
Products purchased elsewhere should be canceled directly in same place were originally ordered.
You may cancel your order any time within 24 hours from date of order confirmation and/or while order status is ‘Accepted’. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy (below).
No Cancelation is accepted if order status is 'Under Processing'.

Cancelation and Refund Process
If you canceled your order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund (if consumer rights applies).
(a) Once cancelation request is received and accepted, refunds will be processed.
(b) We will refund the value paid, by issuing a return voucher to be used for a future purchase.
(c) We will notify you once voucher has been generated/completed through an e-mail.
No Penalty for cancelation
You will not be billed for any cancelled item or order.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information and prices, or cancel orders, if any information in the Product or Service or on any related information on the website, is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice (even after you have submitted your order).
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons:
(a) Item(s) not available
(b) Difficulty in processing your payment information
(c) Cannot ship to address provided
(d) Duplicate order placed
(e) Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
(f) Upon customer request
(a) In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made explaining the reason for the cancellation.
(b) We will contact you, in case all or any portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is required to accept your order.
(c) If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card with the amount of the charge
We do monitor the number of cancelation made by customers, and continued cancelation will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or may lead to the closure of your account.
